I am a certified professional co-active personal and business coach (CPCC). I received my training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) www.thecoaches.com, a premier coaching organization accredited by the International Coach Federation. As a graduate of CTI’s rigorous certification program, I received nearly 200 hours of training, including one-on-one supervision, and passed a comprehensive written and oral exam.

I have a master’s degree in special education from Columbia University Teachers College and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and English from Rutgers University. I am also an experienced businesswoman and a professional writer with over 25 years of experience. As a coach, I am "walking the talk" by reigniting my own dream of helping people have more fulfillment, joy and balance in their lives.
